Delivery and Shipping
At present we delivery to the UK and countries in the European Union only.
Delivery to the UK
Many of our products are handmade and are dispatched within the below timescales depending which shipping method you select. Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For which will require a signature upon delivery. If you have a tighter deadline please select next day delivery option.
Dispatched within 5 working days of your order (excluding made to order and bespoke items)
Standard Delivery - £4.95
Dispatched same working day (orders must be placed before 3pm)
Next Day Delivery - £6.95
Delivery to countries in the European Union (including Republic of Ireland) - £9.50 standard
Items we have in stock are dispatched within 5 working days of the date of your order for standard delivery and can take up to a minimum 21 days for made to order deliveries. Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Airsure® which is a tracked service, requiring signature upon delivery.
Product availability
From time to time, products may be out of stock and we will inform you as soon as possible (usually within 3 days) of the expected date the item is back in stock and if this is not suitable we will offer you a refund.
Problems with your order?
Please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to contact your postal service to track the item.
If your order has gone missing or is delayed we cannot be held responsible for this. If you require a replacement urgently, you would need to pay for the order again and we will resend it and then one of the following will happen:
- If the first item turns up, it should be returned to us and we will refund the first order.
- If it goes missing and is never found, we will refund you for the first item and make a claim with Royal Mail. We cannot make the claim for 15 working days after the first item was posted so will refund you after that time.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not delighted with your product, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Original postage charges will not be refunded. The customer is also responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted items (unless there is a fault).
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition and unworn. No returns can be accepted on earrings and knickers, in line with Health and Hygiene regulations.
Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processed as soon as possible but within a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that for some bespoke items a cancellation fee may apply (agreed in advance).
